Batch Powder Coating Ovens
Parts go in on racks or carts, the door closes, the cycle runs. The right choice for varied part sizes, lower volumes, or a shop that isn't ready to commit to a conveyor. Easiest to install and the lowest entry cost.
Conveyorized Powder Coating Ovens
Parts move through on an overhead conveyor and come out cured. The right choice for steady, repeating volume where you want the line to set the pace. Sized to your line speed and part profile.

Construction
20-ga interior / 18-ga exterior skin, 4" mineral wool insulation (R-14), painted steel frame
Heat source
Natural gas, propane, or electric. Typical burners 200K–2M BTU/hr; electric 30–300 kW
Temperature range
Ambient to 450°F (232°C) — sized to your powder cure schedule
Temperature uniformity
±10°F across the work zone, verified at startup
Controls
Recipe storage, data logging, and remote monitoring via HMI
Airflow
Recirculating design, modulated exhaust for cure and off-gas
Everything is fabricated in our own shop in Statesville, North Carolina. We install it, we start it up, and we're the ones who answer the phone afterwards.

Interior dimensions

Batch or conveyorized
A conveyor changes the oven and everything feeding it — the structure, the opening, the airflow.
Gas or electric
Driven by what utilities you already have on the floor. Electric is simpler to install; gas is cheaper to run at scale.
Throughput
How fast you need parts out per shift sets the heat input, the recirculation rate, and the opening size.
Controls
Basic set-point control through full recipe storage, data logging, and remote monitoring — you pick the level.

Beyond the oven
An oven is one stage.
If you're building or upgrading a line we also design and build pretreatment, application booths, conveyance and controls, and environmental rooms. A large powder coating oven is only as good as the line around it — and we build the whole thing.
